 | Archive Manager | The Archive Manager provides a method of backing up files on your site by compressing one or more files into a single file. It is always good practice to backup files in case damage should occur to original files.  | Change Password | Using the Change Password option, you can change the password for your account. This affects the Account Control Panel, FTP, and SSH access, but does not affect the passwords for any e-mail accounts you set up. |
 | Counter | The Counter option allows you to set up "hit" counters on your site, which let you determine how many times the page on which a counter resides has been visited. This counter is displayed on the page and can be viewed in various styles. You can also start the counter at any number you set, and it will count hits and add them to that number. |
 | Domain Registration Manager | The Domain Registration Manager allows you to quickly and easily register and renew a domain, as well as edit your administrative contact information through your Account Control Panel. |
 | E-mail Support | You can correspond via e-mail with us by using the E-mail Support option. This option allows you to submit a form-based e-mail directly to our support staff. |

 | GuestBook Manager | Our Guestbook Manager automates the process of setting up a "guestbook" on your site. A guestbook is a web page that allows visitors to your site to post comments to you and to other visitors. This is a good tool to collect testimonials and customer feedback. |

 | Ikonboard | Ikonboard is a an award-winning forum software and communications portal. are installed, or remove them if you do not wish to use them anymore. (NOTE: Installing FrontPage extensions on your site does not install Microsoft FrontPage on your computer.  | MySQL Database | MySQL is a database engine that you can use with your website. This feature of the CP will allow you to create a new MySQL database, and manage it.  | Network Query Manager | The Network Query Manager is a one-stop solution for obtaining information about a domain or IP address. Instead of manually using different unix commands or visiting numerous websites to investigate a host, just use our Network Query Manager and enter the hostname or IP, and the Network Query Manager will do the rest! |
 | Network Trouble Shooter | The Network Trouble Shooter allows you to perform a traceroute from our server to your local PC. You may also trace from your website on our server to any other location on the Internet. A traceroute shows the path that information travels over the Internet to go from one location to another. If you are experiencing slowness or problems when connecting to your website, you can use this to see a snapshot of where the problem may be occuring. |
 | Parked Domain | The Parked Domain tool allows you to add "parked" domains to your account. A parked domain is a domain that does not have an IP address of its own. When a parked domain is entered into a browser, it will show the website of the domain it is parked on. |
 | PGP | This option allows you to add your Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) public key to your account for use with PGPMail (see below). PGP is a data encryption/deciphering (scrambling) system that uses two digital "keys" (similar to passwords) to protect messages or other information from being read by anyone other than the intended recipient. The encryption technology employed by PGP is very strong, using IDEA, CAST or Triple DES for actual data encryption and RSA (with up to 2048-bit key) or DH/DSS (with 1024-bit signature key and 4096-bit encryption key) for key management and digital signatures. PGP was created by Phil Zimmermann, and has been released to the public domain. |
 | PGPMail | The PGPMail option provides you with instructions for using PGPMail in forms on your site. PGPMail provides you with a secure method for transferring data from a form on your site. This option should be used in conjunction with the PGP and Formmail options. |
 | Phone Support | The Phone Support option not only shows you the phone number and other information for us, it also displays some necessary information from your account which you may need during any support call you place. |
 | Poll Manager | The Poll Manager gives users the ability to create polls on their sites. Polls are a good way to get feedback from your users on your site or products. |

this option, you can password-protect any directory you on your account.
This will prevent users from viewing the contents of a directory unless

Secure Mail will allow you to send e-mails more securely, if you have
installed a secure certificate. Once Secure Mail is enabled, you can
use form mail to embed forms on secure pages, so that your users can
send you information without worrying about interception by malicious
persons. (NOTE: You must install a secure certificate to use Secure Mail.) |
 | Secure Server | Allows
you to install a secure certificate from GeoTrust
(see above), Thawte, Verisign, Entrust, OpenSRS, or Comodo on your
website. This option allows you to generate a Certificate Signing Request
for the purchase of your secure certificate, then helps you install the
certificate after purchase. (We recommend using a GeoTrust QuickSSL secure certificate as described above, because it is one of the least expensive and widely acceptable certificates available.)  | Site Statistics | The Site Statistics feature gives you access to your site's web statistics, such as hits, transfers, etc. Statistics are generated by the popular http-analyze program. Logfiles can also be downloaded from the server. |
 | SpamGuard Manager | SpamGuard Manager is a powerful tool for filtering out e-mail spam. SpamGuard blocks spam based upon words you indicate, blocked e-mail addresses, or a scoring system. Unwanted e-mails are then either deleted or sent to a blocked mail file at your option. |
 | SSH | If
you need telnet access to our servers, for security purposes it can only
be done using SSH (Secure Shell), which is a secure version of telnet.
SSH is designed to allow strong authentication and secure communications
over insecure channels. It s a secure way to connect to your domain,
even if you are not on a secure network. To use SSH, you will need to create a key using your SSH software, then use this option in your Account Control Panel to upload your key to the server. (We use RSA authentication for SSH.) Once it is uploaded, you will be able to connect to our servers using SSH. |
