you feel, within the first three (3) months of service, for any reason
that Magellan Hosting™ fails to live up to our promises (or even
if we do meet your expectations, but you just change your mind), simply
write to us at our corporate address and include the following necessary
information: (1) Domain name or domain names you want to cancel on your
account, (2) Full name of the account owner, (3) E-mail address of the
account owner, (4) Username on the account, and, optionally, (5) Your
reason for cancellation, so that we can continue to improve our services.

Upon
receipt of the preceding information, we'll immediately and cheerfully
issue you a 100% refund of the hosting package fees which you have paid.
No questions asked.
Accounts
paid by credit or debit card will be refunded back to the original card
used on the account. Please allow one to two weeks for refund processing.
Accounts paid by check, money order, or other method will be issued a
refund check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing and delivery.
Our
100% refund policy only applies to hosting service. No refunds or limited
refunds will be given for secure certificates, domain names, design or
promotion services, additional transfer or storage beyond account limits,
or other products or services which we provide.
